How do I switch between kg/lb and kilometers/miles?
In your profile, the Weight and Distance settings control input and display units across most of the app. Data are stored in common metric units for analysis.
Important / limitations
Current program screens also adapt units to your preferences. On older versions, always check the displayed unit before entering a value.
