How do I log resistance or level on a cardio machine?
State the level shown on the machine, such as 'resistance level 8'. A dedicated field is available for machines such as bikes, ellipticals, rowers and steppers.
Example wording
Indoor bike: 25 minutes, resistance level 8.
Important / limitations
Level 8 on one machine may not equal level 8 on a different model. Keep device context when comparing sessions.
