Where can I check dictation and analysis usage limits?
In Profile → Usage, counters cover the last rolling 7 days. Free: unlimited entirely manual workouts, 3 newly saved workouts using AI input and 20 AI inputs (voice or text). Premium: unlimited workouts and 84 AI inputs shared by voice, text and batches of photos. A new entirely manual workout uses neither AI inputs nor a workout slot. A workout using voice, AI-interpreted text or photos before its first save remains counted, even after manual corrections. Premium includes up to 14 full analyses per rolling 7 days, including regenerations; after that, automatic recaps remain available and you can still save workouts.
Practical tip
Slots become available progressively, not every Monday. Workout usage uses the time you saved the workout, not its training date. Editing uses no extra slot; deleting does not restore the slot used. Several dictations can build one workout.
Important / limitations
AI inputs are also limited to 8 per 60 seconds, 20 per hour and, per rolling 24 hours, 20 on Free or 30 on Premium. Some processed attempts ending in an error count even without a usable result; requests blocked before processing do not use an input. Other anti-abuse safeguards may temporarily pause requests, including after repeated failures.
