Grunty help center

History, analysis and account

Analysis is only useful when the data are accurate. Learn how to edit a workout, understand statistics, import history and tell measured data from estimates.

What do the colors on the muscle-volume map mean?

In Analysis, select Week or Month and examine the front and back body silhouettes. Each colored area compares the recorded workout volume for that muscle group with Grunty's reference targets: None, Low, Partial, On target or Above target. Tap a muscle for more detail when that interaction is available.

How does Grunty use my data to analyze a workout?

Analysis uses recorded exercises, results and context. On Free, the first 3 eligible workouts analysed receive Full Coach: these introductory allowances do not renew weekly. Then every third new eligible workout analysed receives a quick analysis, with automatic recaps for the others. Premium allows up to 14 full analyses per rolling 7 days, including regenerations, then automatic recaps. Hevy/Strong imports do not receive individual workout analyses.

Where can I check dictation and analysis usage limits?

In Profile → Usage, counters cover the last rolling 7 days. Free: unlimited entirely manual workouts, 3 newly saved workouts using AI input and 20 AI inputs (voice or text). Premium: unlimited workouts and 84 AI inputs shared by voice, text and batches of photos. A new entirely manual workout uses neither AI inputs nor a workout slot. A workout using voice, AI-interpreted text or photos before its first save remains counted, even after manual corrections. Premium includes up to 14 full analyses per rolling 7 days, including regenerations; after that, automatic recaps remain available and you can still save workouts.
