Circuits, WODs and HIIT

What's the difference between a circuit and an AMRAP?

A circuit describes exercises performed in sequence, often for a fixed number of rounds. An AMRAP is time-limited, with the aim of completing as many rounds or reps as possible. The format changes how results should be interpreted.
